The City of Hope Central Utility Plant is a 28,000sqft facility located on City of Hope’s main campus in Duarte CA.

The building houses five chillers and four emergency generators, with five cooling towers on the roof. As COH continues to expand and their needs increase, the building has space to add three additional chillers, two more cooling towers, and an additional generator. 

PPM is performing the mechanical piping, sheet metal, and plumbing scopes on the project. Our team has put in numerous hours of rigorous and diligent work installing the chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, piping, ductwork, plumbing, and fuel oil system. 💪 Here are the specs of PPMs
