CLIENT: CURVE DEVELOPEMENT
LOCATIONS: CYRENE COMMUNITIES in SACRAMENTO, PHEONIX and TAMPA BAY
In 2023 we welcomed a new client with many projects on the roster and in development. Curve development reached out to us as they have several projects managed by our other client Sares Regis. We were able to find many common goals with our imaging / photography approach.
Several of the projects across the nation all boast a very new and unique dynamic of single family home development, but with a leased community approach. Again, there is an element of amenity driven living environments yet now with a more individualized resident space, with private yards and enclosures, detached walls and private garage spaces. No longer is renting and leasing solely an apartment option.
Our goal with many of these communities is showcase the individual home space, private living enviroment and amenity offerings for the entire community.
